Reservations
Deposit of 1/2 required, Visa, Master Card, Debit/Check Card accepted.
Checks accepted if reservation is 3 weeks prior to arrival. Balances
due will be charged in full 48 hours prior to arrival.
Cancellations
We are a small business, cancellations impact us significantly. A last
minute cancellation allows little chance of re-booking. Cancellations
must be received 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival in order to receive
a refund. You will be charged for any nights we are unable to re-book.
Deposits will be used for this purpose. No-Shows will be charged in full.
We offer no refunds for early departure.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
Our rates may change and are based upon availability.
